
The goal of this class is to provide participants with a workout at a pace appropriate for each individual. Participants will be exposed to endurance, speed and strength workouts.
The class will be lead by Tony Landry is a Certified Level 3 Rowing Coach.
Fee for each session of six (6) classes is $60 per person plus gst.
To register for the Fitness Rowing sessions, please go to the Chi-Wan Young Sports Centre front desk. All
participants must pay by cash or cheque to secure their spot. All user-pay classes are non-refundable and classes cannot be switched to another session once the sessions begin. Please note there are only 6 spots available per session. Registration is on a first come, first pay basis.

Advanced Group Cycling:
What better way to build strength then to climb? Get ready to ride steadily and consistently with heavy resistance. Strength rides increase muscular and cardiovascular strength enabling you to be a powerful climber. The class will also challenge your aerobic base through interval sprints and maximum speed.
