Would you like to have your glucose, cholesterol and blood pressure checked?  UPEI Recreation is holding two glucose, cholesterol and blood
pressure clinics:
Wednesday, February 1, 2012  from 8:30 am - 1:30 pm.  FULL

2012 UPEI Healthy Activity Challenge
The Healthy Activity Challenge at UPEI is an opportunity for you and a group of 6 co-workers to participate in a fun 8-week physical activity
challenge.  It's simple, just record the number of minutes you are active daily.  No need for pedometers.  Click here to find out more about the free access to the walking track and to a variety of fitness classes  ........ Program begins Monday January 16,2012 and finishes on Friday March 11, 2012.
 

Beginning in 2004, the UPEI Wellness Program was supported by the partnership with Great-West Life, London Life and Canada Life.
